My first appointment at Everett Family Dental was exceptional! As a busy mom of two teenagers navigating insurance changes, it had been two years since my last dental visit. I have a very small mouth and a complicated dental history, including jaw surgery, and I continue to be followed by a surgical specialist. Finding comfortable, attentive dental care is especially important to me, and this experience exceeded my expectations. The online forms were easy to navigate, and the office felt cozy, welcoming, and calming. I appreciated the thoughtful details, from the warm paint colors to the softer lighting—a small thing that makes a real difference in a dental chair! Chance, my hygienist, was amazing. This was honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, which says a lot given my history and how many providers I’ve seen. The suction was well managed, I wasn’t getting splashed, and the whole experience was remarkably comfortable. The hygienists were friendly and worked so well together. Dr. Dawson and her staff were exceptional. They handled my kiddo who is tough and really struggles with dental stuff like champs. He came out smiling! I felt very cared for and everything was explained clearly and honestly. They are efficient and do a great job! Highly recommend.
